A 19y old male patient presented with backache and gradual onset weakness of both lower limbs. Mri was showing intramedullary sol (tumor within the spinal cord). Complete surgical excision was done. Intraoperative picture of the Intraspinal tumour marked with blue arrow. This case was done around 7 yrs back.
