A 85 y old male patient sudden loss of consciousness. CT scan was showing cerebellar hematoma.Emergency surgery was done with the evacuation of hematoma. Intraoperative picture showing cerebellar hematoma marked with blue arrow. This patient recovered well even at the age of 85 yrs.
