A 40 y male patient presented with a gunshot injury to the brain. The bullet was found to be stuck inside the brain. surgery was done and the bullet was taken out. Post operatively patient is well. Bullet injuries are very severe injuries of the brain due to the high velocity of bullets and associated damage to the brain. Survival of such patients after injury and surgery is quite rare.
